2. Hormonal imbalances - this chapter takes you through some of the most common hormone imbalances I see as a naturopath, symptoms that are associated with each, how to test for these and how we got to these imbalanced states in the first place

3. Getting back into alignment - this chapter is filled with resources for you to naturally support your cycles and hormone health. Nutrition and lifestyle medicine suggestions including recipes, a deep dive into cycle tracking and much more

4. Cycle syncing - lastly I go through the ways to live in alignment with your cycle moving forward, including a recap of what your hormones are doing within each phase, how this then effects you in your day to day life and what you can do nutritionally and with your lifestyle to support each phase
