I’m Sarah Jane,

a mama of two littles and BHSc naturopath, I’m here to guide women to feel their most nourished selves, from inside to out.

My approach to wellness, motherhood and life overall is holistic in nature. I aim to share wellness practices; rhythms, rituals and recipes to help nourish the mothers, in turn nurturing their whole families.

  • lastly I go through the ways to live in alignment with your cycle moving forward, including a recap of what your hormones are doing within each phase, how this then effects you in your day to day life and what you can do nutritionally and with your lifestyle to support each phase
